Even with our large inventory, backorders can occur. If this happens, we make every effort to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. Engine Rebuilders Supply Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box prepaid within 30 days, with a copy of the invoice, for a refund/exchange.

When making a return, please remember a few rules of thumb so your return can be processed as quickly as possible.

• Opened gasket sets are non-returnable.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
• Send the package pre-paid (Fed Ex, UPS or US Postal Service INSURED) to:

No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges.

• A shipping/handling charge of $14.95 will be added to each order
• All online orders ship by ground
• Next Day Air and Second Day Air is available when ordering by phone
• The majority of items will be shipped from Columbus, Ohio

Engine Rebuilde's Supply Warranties/Damaged Merchandise Policy

Inspect your shipment upon arrival! Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized
